Ingredients
- 450 gr ground turkey
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Pickled cucumbers:
- 1 cucumber, sliced with a mandolin
- 1 tbs. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sweetener
- Salt and pepper
Yogurt sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. Dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper
To assemble:
- Whole Wheat or Brioche Buns
- Fresh Spinach
- Fresh Lettuce
Preparation
- Slice the cucumber. Then add it to a bowl with white wine vinegar, sweetener, salt and pepper. Mix and let sit for about 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, balsamic vinegar, dill, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 4 equal size patties to fit the size of your buns.
- Heat a grill to medium-high and brush with a little olive oil. Cook the burgers, 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully done.
- Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, pepper, dill and salt.
- Serve the burgers with wheat buns, pickled cucumbers and yogurt sauce.
