Savi, an NSCA certified fitness coach, specializes in women's strength and physique through science-based training. She views strength as a pathway to empowerment, growth and wellbeing. Savi believes in celebrating every milestone, guiding clients on a holistic journey toward becoming their best selves. "It's not just about building muscles, but also building confidence."
Davey Fisher
Driven by his love for fitness and wellness, Davey earned a Kinesiology degree at Pacific Lutheran University while competing as an NCAA athlete. He also minored in Sports Psychology, gaining insight into mental factors affecting performance. His education built a strong foundation for his personalized, holistic approach to health and fitness.
Danielle Gray
Danielle, a former Junior Olympic gymnast, is a certified personal trainer and fitness model. Specializing in busy professionals and former athletes, her coaching emphasizes form, mindfulness, and intention. Danielle is also an international fitness model, accomplished Ninja Warrior competitor, and professional pole fitness athlete, inspiring strength and confidence.
Christina Quarternik
Christina spent 15 years training in various dance styles before pursuing a professional career in Los Angeles. She has since built a successful career, performing in live events, tours, award shows, music videos, and television, while also working in choreography. In addition, Christina is a model, fitness trainer, and works in artist management.
Peter Pisani
Peter, the Athletic Director for a major fitness franchise, is a 15 year industry veteran and former collegiate football player. With experience as Director of US Training and Global Ambassador for several fitness brands, he blends athletic discipline with expertise in functional training. Pete's diverse background in human performance is driven by competition, self-improvement and teamwork.
Alex Farrar
Alex, is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and Usui Shiki Ryoho reiki practitioner. With a background in competitive dance, cheerleading and gymnastics, she began her yoga practice ten years ago. Her holistic approach integrates her education in Health Science and Sports Management with her deep commitment to wellness and healing.
Zoe Grey
Zoe Grey is a fitness instructor living in Los Angeles, specializing in fitness boxing and MMA. Combining her martial arts expertise with fitness training, she creates dynamic, high-energy workouts designed to empower individuals. Zoe’s passion is helping clients push their limits, build physical strength, and boost their self-confidence.
Tanner Courtad
Tanner, based in Los Angeles, developed a passion for sports early on, from football to golf. His enthusiasm for movement guided him to become a fitness instructor in 2018, where he has since helped thousands achieve their best selves. Caroline Pearce
Caroline, a former International Heptathlete for Great Britain, holds a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology & Nutrition from Loughborough University. Author of Better Body Workouts For Women, she regularly shares workouts with her fans. Her goal is to help everyone achieve the best physical version of themselves.
Ashley Joi
Ashley is a former Division I Track & Field Athlete and a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. She combines HIIT and weight lifting to help clients exceed their physical and mental limits while making workouts enjoyable. Her Psychology and Communication background from the University of Rhode Island aids her in connecting with and motivating clients.

Tim Stein is a fitness coach with over 15 years of experience, specializing in high-impact workouts.
